Refunds for services purchased through LeanNest are subject to the following conditions:
- Telehealth Consultations: Once a telehealth consultation has been completed (whether via video, phone, or chat), it is non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent the consultation from taking place, or if there is an issue with the service provided, please contact us, and we will review your case on an individual basis.
- Subscription Services: If you have purchased a subscription for ongoing services, you may be eligible for a partial refund if you cancel within the first 30 days. After the initial 30 days, refunds are not provided for any remaining portion of the subscription period.
- Products: Any physical products purchased through our platform, such as health supplements or medical devices, are eligible for refunds within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and returned in the original packaging. 2. Refund Request Process

- Your name and contact information.
- Order or transaction ID.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Any additional documentation, if applicable (e.g., photos of defective products).
Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and notify you of our decision. If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method within 10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Certain situations are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:
- Missed appointments or cancellations made within less than 24 hours of a scheduled consultation.
- Completed telehealth consultations, where services have already been rendered.
- Partial usage of a subscription service beyond the first 30 days.
- Products that have been opened, used, or not in their original packaging.

LeanNest reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes to this policy will be posted on our website, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
